I do know a lot of the states haven't gone to a standard rule across the board since each state can make their own rules. However, last I heard the Federal Government is looking to have each state establish laws not allowing younger drivers to have passengers or else the State will lose Federal funding. He actually isn't Nostie. That is the truth. 10% of the calls you receive as a cop are high priority calls. 90% of the calls are nothing more than report calls. Even some of the high priority calls you get only turn out to be a report only when you get on scene. This is different of course for certain big cities such as DC where the #'s are going to be higher but on average across the U.S., those #'s are an accurate reflection of police work. |
