So, I try to load up counter strike, and it says the connecting thinggy, but then it doesnt connect, like the file just isn't there. I try to join up through the website, xfire, and steam friends, and still always does the same thing. The only thing I can possibly think of that may have affected it would be turning off my video acceleration so I could watch streaming movies online, without a fucked up divx/wmp stream thing. So, I'll try to see if the acceleration is the problem later, but I'd like to hear other ideas of what could be wrong. But now I must go get drunk, peace! | ||

If that doesn't work, reinstall and get rid of blob again. maybe a file got corrupted or you accidentally deleted one somewhere along the line. |

glad you guys who posted were so helpful. Next time just don't post if you can't help, thanks. thanks to KD, Kev and goat for actually trying to help. I'll be doing that soon, but I want to try to get around it without doing it... |
