All it took was a quick google search to find out what it is. It's a windows skinning program. Next time type "aston 1.9.3" in google instead of making a post. | ||

I don't really know how much more in detail you can get. It's a skinning program for windows. What more do you want? It supports widgets, like OSX for macs, and it has very detailed skins. More detailed then some other skinning programs you may find. I'm not sure if it works as well though, but it definitely looks better. | ||
