I use Limewire for music and for some reason if I have it open and i join a game it closes. It doesn't do this for WoW, just css. This is pissing me off, I either play css or look at my desktop with music on. Could I have accidentally changed a setting that is causing this? |

No setting would do this. what closes, Limewire, or CSS? because whatever boots itself would have the fucked up settings. however, Limewire can't do this I dont think... and I've had this happen before, but It's gone away, so I have no idea man | ||

don't use itunes to listen to your music. it takes up too much ram. dont use limewire either. 75% of music pirates are caught from the use of limewire. limewire is also chock full of viruses. bearshare is the way to go. as for listening to music, i use realplayer. its small, sleek, and takes up little ram. just open a song in your music folder and set realplayer to shuffle. trust me on this. you will listen faster and safer. |

What?!? wtf are you talking about emer, lol. Bearshare doesn't have NEARLY the same ammount of seeders and leachers and p2p people to make your downloads go fast, and have you ever seen the viruses on limewire. They are so fucking obvious it's not even funny. Plus, if you aren't sure about a song being a virus, try playing it while you are downloading it, and if it doesn't "preview the song" then it's a virus. Not fucking simple so don't say that Limewire sucks, I've had more success with it then bearshare. As for a player to not use up Ram, Even realplayer does take up alot. Windows Media Player takes up even more. The only one I would suggest is Winamp, becuase right when you open it, it doesn't take up that much ram, even if you have alot of programs running it runs smoothly. I just choose not to use it cause I dont like it, but it is really nice. |

Fuck limewire and bearshare, use bittorrent. It can be a bit of a pain of the ass to set up (if you're behind a router, you need to forward ports), but it's worth it. Download utorrent, and go to -[link]- to get torrents. It's awesome. Go here to figure out how to forward the ports with your router. If you want individual songs off of your favorite Britney albums then stick with LimeWire. If you want to grow a pair of balls and download full albums and collections of mind raping music then use .bittorrent with the client uTorrent (microTorrent) and use the tracking site either -[link]- -[link]- and if you can hit the membership at the right time the best is -[link]- |
