Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

Soooooooo... my comp just hit 4 years old. And im ready to upgrade. Not a new comp, but some new parts. And since i dont know jack shit about parts, i need you guys' help. My box is a 2004 Dell Dimension 8400. My first and biggest concern is RAM. I currently have 1 gig of ram and i need at least 2 gigs. Ive looked inside my box and i have two slots open. I need to know what kinds of ram will work, and if possible, a price range. Second, i need a sound card. My Creative Sound Blaster 24 bit is ok, but alot of people have had technical issues with them and i just want to get rid of it before i start having problems. I also am looking into this set of speakers (-[link]- and would like to accompany them with a brand spankin new sound card. I dont want to pay for any of the high end x-fi xtreme shit, i just want a reliable 5.1 24 bit card $50 or under. Third, i need a new graphics card. My ATI Radeon x-300 128mb card is SHIT (i get 20-25 FPS on office). Again, i dont want to spend 400 dollars on the latest, greatest card, but i want something decent (256-512 mb range) that has digital output and costs no more than 300 (idk what prices for decent cards go for, but thats where you guys come in) Fourth, i have a question about monitors. When we redid my computer room, we got a 32" olivea HDTV, and it has one of those blue monitor inputs on the back of it. I have a feeling my ati card would explode if it tried outputting to that tv, so i need a card that would not explode into a bajillion pieces trying to render 32 inches of counter strike. Fifth, an external hard drive. I have two hard drives in my comp (a 500 gig and a 160 gig), so i figure theres no room for an internal one. Im running out of space. 20 gigs remaining on the 500 gig one (chocked full of movies, games, and music), and 15 gigs remaining on the 160 gig one (my boot drive). I would like to transfer all my movies and music onto a big 500 gig external drive (maybe even 1tb? do they make those? find one and give me a price), then boot off my 500 gig and leave the 160 gig for anything else. Sixth,, anything else you guys suggest, whether it be cooling, a new power box thing, a new case, etc. This is a big thing to me. I recently got my first paycheck cashed (200 bucks!) and am looking to invest in my computer to get it back in shape (since i spend my entire day on it working/playing/watching vids/anything). I know for all this stuff ill need to invest maybe 800+, but im willing to fork up that much to be able to use this comp through the remainder of high school and possibly my college stay. Thanks in advance guys. EDIT: I found this sound card: -[link]- Its over my 50 dollar price range but i read the reviews and they say for what you pay you get the best. Does anybody suggest anything otherwise? EDIT 2: Using newegg's kickass correct-memory-type-for-your-pc finder, i found this ram: -[link]- Again, reviews say its great. Thoughts? You always want a Video card before a Sound card. Just some advice. |

for you maybe. id rather watch movies and music in surround sound with a new card before playing some 150fps games on a 900 dollar card | ||
