This sounds really familiar. I think someone I know had this problem before. So CS:S just quits and drops you back to your desktop? Did you say you can join other servers or not? |

Yea, it just drops me back to my desktop.. and yea i cant get on any other server!!! only FTC2 for some reason |

Go here and click on the link below "Run the Steam Diagnostic Tool." There is a lot of good troubleshooting info on there as well as some general recommendations to improve performance. | ||

Kali Kali Kali... Like I've said, I'm around 83.4857% sure that if you just got rid of all that symantec shit, CS:S would work. There are plenty of other AVs that don't mess shit up like symantec does. |

Kalibur, can you save the results page to disk and then post that file? We can see all the results then, instead of just what's on a small portion of the page. | ||

Well if you install the same software there's a good chance you'll be back in the same position... Can you just save those results and post them? If we find out what this problem is then it may save other people a lot of trouble. |
