My DVD-RW disc can't be read by my driver, which is in cd driver D. Then i put it into my second driver which is dvd F and still doesn't work but says the cd is corrupted & unreadable. Do i have to get another driver or something? Edited Thu Feb 14 2008, 12:41AM | ||

1) its "drive" not drive(R) <-- completely different. Made me re-read your post 4 times to understand 2) How are you trying to burn the disc? If its drag and drop like a cd go to 3) otherwise, what program are you using and/or have you tried updating the driver <-- correct usage 3) If its drag and drop what OS are you using. XP won't recognize DVD's regardless of dvd-r/+r/-RW in windows explorer. Never got fixed (dunno whats the deal with pack 3 though) Even though it says 0 bytes free and the drive picks up as a cd just use a program like nero Answer questions i guess and if what i said didn't work (update driver/ reload burning program) ... tell what OS, which drive and driver you're using, and what brand of discs. <--- memorex = gay |

dvd-rw = gay. for the future, anything needed dvd, go either + or - (preferably - since they are the universal). A lot of drives just won't play dvd-rws because the burning is ment to be erased one day, and they love the cock. good luck, but check what Cha said, then relate to my post! |

i can't even open the DVD disc to drag and drop.. : ( that's the problem. I use window XP home ed. I might need to just use just a CD not a dvd. | ||
