| I need help w/ decoding video | ||

I have one of those small CDs w/ videos in it (duh lol). and my windows media player says i need compatible DVD decoder. I'm on a Microsoft windows XP home edition. I was wondering i had to download something off this site and i'd like help to find what i have to download -[link]- if you have another site in mind, plz provide link for me to directly download off of the site. I really dont need to pay for a program like this so if i have to pay then fuck it. But i'd really appreciate the help

hmmm, u need an encoder. Have u tried VLC media player yet, they sometimes allow u to play things other than windows media does. What i have done is downloaded windows media video encoder, then what i did is i started to encode the video, then after that i would just play it regullary before the encoding was done and it worked. Also, just wondering, is this porn or just like movies? I just looked on google and many popped up and they looked like alot of them were free or their were free versions. I would say first try VLC media player, that works alot of time, then try what i said with the encoder. Edited Tue Nov 20 2007, 11:17PM | ||

nah not porn, some family video in this DVD. lol Wow thx a lot that VLC media player works really well again thx a lot drunk. I shall not forget the person who introduced me to VLC media playe

If VLC doesn't work, grab Media Player Classic (MPC), it's a godsend, and has a REALLY small footprint. handles divx/subs really well.. as well. | ||

See, I knew Drunk would come through. VLC is really the media player to use since it plays all different formats. Good job Drunk.

Yea, VLC media player usually solves most of the problems. When i had my old comp, i had to encode some videos and i never knew about VLC media player. Then i heard about it, and now i love it with videos. | ||
