Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.

Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.

Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

 To those who know me, hey its been a while xP
To those who dont... well you can call me sunny, i used to play css a couple of years ago until it suddenly for no reason i can think of didnt work anymore. As you may have guessed, I am posting this thread to ask all of you for help.

Ok so this is the basic overview. So, when I try to start css or any other steam game, (only ones that work are the steam demo games like half life 2 demo and rag doll kung fu demo) a small loading box comes up like it should. The box says "Preparing to Launch (game name here)..." When this box disappears, however, the game doesnt start. Instead, another box comes up that says something like "hl2 has encountered a problem and needs to close" This is the box that asks if you want to send the error report. So that is pretty much what happens and it has been happening for the past, i cant even remember how long. Im going to attach a screen shot, hope it helps. I have tried talking with the counterstrike tech team, go through 482098345238 threads, and tried all different kinds of methods but none of them work. If you have any idea how i could fix this, please tell me soon. Thanks for your help~! (i hope xP)

 Try deleting the local content and then reinstalling from the cd?

Other than that i wouldnt know, that is just a suggestion.

 I had that problem a long time ago.

What I did to fix it was, check firewalls, re-install CSS, then last reformat computer. Though, that isn't the best choice.

 What I did was make sure my video card accelerator was up all the way. And bang, it worked!

 had that problem like 2 years ago. I had to reinstall windows and everything else. I had a HP at the time.
