-[link]-Here's the thing. DX10 hardware - such as the GeForce 8800 or the Radeon 2900 - won't work with the new 10.1 features. The 0.1 revision requires completely new hardware for support, thus royally cheesing off many gamers who paid top whack for their new hardware over the last few months on the basis of future game compatibility. FUCK! I'm okay though because: A) I've not upgraded to DX10 hardware yet and...  Aparently it does not add anything that gamers will notice nor anything Developers will want to make use of.So yer safe. Just thought I'd scare you! |

Well there are things that gamers would like in DX10.1 but only texture wise and most likely developers will not take advantage of this so its pointless as you said. Im safe with my 8800 | ||

Wow.... that's gotta be the stupidist thing I've ever heard; people with dx10 cards should be refunded, or at least discounted on their next purchase. I almost got one
