Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

No idea how I got it, if it's even real. What's happening, is whenever i try and load CS (or any other game thru Steam), my Norton AV pops up and says trojan detected in some form in one of my Temp folders. One example location: C:\DOCUME~1\Jason\LOCALS~1\Temp\~1926.tmp But the file name at the end always changes, its never the same number. Well then Steam tells me whatever im trying to load is unavailable at this time and I cant play. However, I can load everything else on my computer that ive tried, from Guild Wars to Xfire to even AIM and Firefox without problems. And when i run a system scan with Norton, it doesnt pick up anything. So from what it looks like to me, if this is a real virus, its only appearing when I run a game through steam, and when it does pop up, NAV just knocks it down again. Anyway i'm confused. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Ive already tried emptying my Windows Temp, Current User temp, All User temp, cookies, Temporary Internet Files, History, Prefetch, Java cache, and recycle bin then scanning and rebooting. |

You should try re-installing steam and CSS again before you do anything else.

What i say, 1) Norton Sux 2) Since you are using norton, run a scan with it for viruses 3) Uninstall and get a new anti-virus.

Yeah well .Next, don't bother uninstalling. I tried running the Uninstall program steam came with, and it crashed halfway through, and I couldn't initiate the uninstall again because apparently it deleted some of the files but left others, and didnt have the ones needed to uninstall. So I just had to delete my Steam folder in Explorer (which is a HORRIBLE way to delete something from your computer). I redownloaded Steam, I redownloaded EVERYTHING for CS, and i just tried loading it and it gave me a virus alert again. So until this gets fixed I wont be on FTC for a while... something makes me think still that its a false positive and its on Valve's end... |
