Well, I just bought C&C Generals deluxe edition for 7 bucks (at a used place). And it had the cd-key and everything. But the dumb part is, when ever i want to quit, it makes one of those error sounds, and it freezes my damn computer, i cant do anything, ctrl+alt+delete dont work, or windows key, or ctrl+esc or any shit. I have gotten C&C generals before and it was a bittorent (pirated game) and it did the same thing. This problem happens with BOTH C&C Generals + Zero Hour. If anyone knows the solution, plz tell me/give me a link. Thanks! | ||

Alt+F4? Or maybe when you want to quit you will have to save then alt+tab out and quit the program manually. | ||

Set it to windowed mode and then just click the x at the top right of the window when you want to quit. Or... REINSTALL. | ||

aight, well, i guess i have to ctrl+alt+delete or w.e to quit, i tried pretty much everything, so i'll have to quit the game manually, rather than just pressing quit
