Doing a simple system restore might do the trick. Set it back to a bit before you think you experienced some of those problems. That would be step 1. But if it is infact a fatal error.... you can always just steal a computer from Best Buy. (PS: Nice pic Fetus. STD's are a bitch.... Uhhh, I mean computer viruses.  Children, remember to double bag it if she looks sketchy, or if the link takes you to goatse. Bonus points if you pulled out your digital and made that pic the spot. )   |

i hate windows restore. you could do a windows recovery, reinstall or repair but id rather fix it manually. that has happened to me loads of times and i have fixed it with out reinstalling windows but it is a pain in the ass and i doubt youd be able to do it properly (no offense but its really compicated and if you screw up windows wont start ) so i recomend yu repaid your windows. to do this put the windows cd in your drive go to bios select boot from cd. once the cd is loaded and everything select repair, and follow the instructions on screen. |

well idk if ur still having this problem but yea, i would repair windows and get anything i needed off of the hard drive and then do a wipe and a complete reinstall. I found that when I have done repairs in the past the automatic updates dont work and im unsure if this problem extends to any other parts of windows. clean reinstall is the best way to go once u have the information that u need off of the hard drive | ||

Description: File rdbss.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 174592 bytes (84% of all occurrence), 163328 bytes, 170112 bytes, 176512 bytes, 163840 bytes. The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. File rdbss.sys is a Windows system file. The program has no visible window. It is a trustworthy file from Microsoft. Therefore the technical security rating is 0% dangerous. Disable it in taskmanager. malware also attatches itself to this subsystem file too Thers a hotfix for it but I couldnt find it on Microshaft |
