So my bike had shit the bed before I put it away for the winter. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, except this time... it's electrical. I bought a cheapy POS multimeter for $10, but as the saying goes "there is nothing more expensive than a cheap tool." So here I am, looking for input on what might be a good multimeter. I've narrowed it down to 2 possibilities: -[link]- and -[link]- . I like the latter because it looks like it should be able to pull engine codes from my car as well, however, I know Fluke is the brand to beat (but am I just paying for a name at that point?). My budget is as close to $100 as possible, but I'm willing to go a little over if it means more accurate results. TLDR: Bike dead; need multimeter; links above; good choices? got $100 to spend. |
