Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

C:\WINDOWS\system32 If you haven't been in there before it will have all the folders hidden. This is to hide it from all the nubby people who don't know what they're doing. Just unhide them. Make sure you make a system restore point before you do it though, just in case you lose your connection to the internet while it's downloading the new system32 folder. Hmm, that's a first. Slick hasn't replied with one of his retarded comments yet. I wonder why? Edited Sun Jan 18 2009, 05:33AM | ||

I think this gave me bad karma because now I'm having issues with my brand new computer Side note since slick isn't posting in this thread anymore: on my 750 gb harddrive, my friend partitioned part of the harddrive just for windows, so I had to change the remaining memory into dynamic so that I was able to at least store shit on it. However, I want to not have to worry about windows being partitioned. I want to have it like my old computer, everything on one HD where I don't have issues. Because it's partitioned, my Program Files and Documents and Settings are all stored in the 9gb(1.gb remaining space) and I can't upload anymore to it, so I basically want to know how I can get it so that windows continues to run, but I don't have to worry about two different fucking drives. Local disk C: 9.8 GB Total - 1.2 GB remaining - it has Program Files and Documents and Settings ONLY Local disk E: 688 GB Total - 675 GB Remaining - has everything else like all my music, pictures, etc, but it's labeled stupidly and I want all of it in Program files and My Documents, but that disk is too small If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please help, here's a screeny of my HD right now Windows is RUNNING on the 10GB C: Disk, if that means anything.. |

Rusty wrote ... I hope slick didn't listen to you guys. That's just mean. Yeah I actually felt really bad after Japa's comment :/ Honestly, deep down, I was hoping he wasn't stupid enough to go through with something like that. I legitimately felt, that as big of a nub as he is, he would either google system32 to see what it was, or at least ask someone else... Slick, if you DIDN'T do anything harmful to your computer yet, contact me via PM. |

I just want to let you guys know when i go to a thread, i read all of the replys and posts in it! now...for this problem. I didn't get rid of it sadly. Now that i'm on my computer i'm trying to go to my computer, but it's very very slow. when i try to click on search it doesn't open the bar for me to type something in. good thing toasters wrote what he did, i went to C drive and then windows and located the system32cmd, but i right click on it and then it doesn't have the option to delete? When i go to my computer anythign i click on is very slow and seems so lifeless when i click on anything. maybe i should put the windows xp cd in and really reformat? ok i restarted computer and now i deleted that system32 Edited Sun Jan 18 2009, 06:12PM |
