Do you have your friends list menu in game (shift+tab)? Do you have pop-up notifications enabled? I noticed these made my mic not work (I could hit the windows key then rejoin the game and my mic would work till I got a pop-up). You can disable them through you settings (out of game) on your main steam window. See if that helps. |

none of what anyone in this thread told me to do, worked. Nothing works. I just dont fucking get it. It even works with steam for christ sake. Why not CSS? And why all of a sudden... Even after reformatting, reinstalling steam, and CSS.... It just makes no sense. |

It's probably because CSS really tones down the mic volumes, so much that if i want to be heard i've gotta yell when normally i can whisper and it'll hear it. fuck css voip. nvm you got it. Edited Sat Sep 20 2008, 05:06AM |
