Talk dirty to me baby lol. after you said that, I just imagined the kid saying to the cop in public "yeah baby, do it more, talk dirty to me" hahaha Anyways, like Wild said, there are good cops, and "ill judgemental cops"(I dont believe any cop is bad, for there is a LONG process to become a cop and a bad cop wouldnt go through all that training to be bad) like veterans who hate skateboarders and will do anything to ruin their fun, even if it means using your power the wrong way. They cop had every right to try and *detain* the girl. Yes, it looked like he was choking her, but it is a trained one to try and bring someone down.... who is in most cases resisting arrest, not like this little girl. I <3 cops
