| Suggestion: Rotation Server | ||

I don't see very much activity on GunGame. I'd love for it to get some, and I think that making it a rotation server would gain a lot of traction. Opinions? |

I like gun game quite a bit but for some reason very few people actually want to play it. Are we keeping this through CSGO? If so a CS GO rotation would be nice. i quite like Dust, italy, trainyards, etc. |

It started as a fun server, then people wanted gungame so i switched it to that. Nobody plays it as it is, and I don't plan on renewing it. Nor do i plan on paying double the price for a GO server. This was just supposed to be a fun place for those of you sick of office and surf to just chill and play something different for a change. I'm out 10 bucks, it's not a big deal, and it was fun while it lasted. I'm going to leave it as gungame though. | ||

I try and populate when i can and i am saddened by this =( And i would love to have some sort of rotation server for CSGO since there are new maps and gameplay modes (i know nothing about them). Plus people are gonna want to prolly play some other maps since it is all revamped. We will see later on down the line. |

Honestly I'm a little surprised. I love gungame. It sounds like others love gungame too. Why is it that the server can't hold a population? I've sat in there a few nights, trying to get something going, but the most I've ever seen on at once was 4 people. I'm kinda sad FT gungame didn't take off. Also Emer, you did a great job on setting up the server. I've played on other GG servers, and the best ones are more or less set up the same way. I'm at a loss as to why some succeed and others don't though. |

I'm really not worried about it always being empty, to be honest. It was fun whenever we got it going, and i really enjoyed setting it up and getting everything working. I put a lot of work into it, and i took into account everyone's feedback. People have other priorities, myself included. Gungame is a niche thing that not everyone prefers. But im not putting in any more time to change it back to just dust. Gungame is staying. | ||

You would probably not have trouble getting players to show up if you launch a GO Gun Game server as soon as GO is released later this month. The launch of GO puts us in a unique position of not necessarily having to draw regular officers and surfers away from those servers to get a new server off the ground. There will be a flood of new players after GO is launched, but it will not last forever. |
