I retract my previous statement in my post, saying that Noskill would be better off then you Knight. I was tired and im in no position to be telling who would be better then who. I apologize for that. You have been here a long time, showed much maturity, leadership, dedication, and activity as much as the next person. And thanks Noskill  I am about to reformat my PC, so in the meanwhile, i will be thinking this over. Its not something i want to just jump in because i wanna "be the best!" I want to make sure i be a part of something great 100% of the time no matter what. |

Noticing what little experience I have with admin issues, I don't suppose I'd be the best candidate for a lead admin, but I would volunteer my time to do anything possible to help FTC get back up on it's feet if possible. I have the time, activity, but maybe not so much technical and interpersonal experience. I don't think I really had a chance to shine, not ever being an FTC admin. I'm not tooting my own horn or something, but that's the way I feel about this. I would also like to add that Nightrider is probably the best candidate for LA imo, I haven't really seen Glitch or Bandito stick out much I guess, no hard feelings of course. Group leadership seems to work more often then not. -more diversity = great success I say we just keep it simple and have a few people lead. |

I think we should keep to the 3 LA's idea. It lessens the weight of major responsibility on one mans shoulders. Plus, having 3 people decide on shit, other then 1, keeps things open to new ideas and objections. I have thought about throwing myself in there to take a part as LA, and i thought hard. I would love to be apart of the elite FTC admin team. To make decisions, for the good of the server as a whole. To enforce rules, associate with regs and members alike in the good AND the bad, put forth effort in the technical area of server upkeep while maintaining server stability, and keeping the peace. I will give 100%. I will not falter. I will not lose. I will be victorious. (lol... i sound like Bush...) But yea. I will dedicate my time to keep what ive been a part of for about 2 years now alive and kicking. BTW, i like NoSkills idea of me, bandito, and knight...lol gLiTch out.
