I have an easy school and work schedule, my finances are above average, I spend a lot of my time with friends. I'm actually feeling good about my life for once. And I love everyone here who has to go through the shit that's posted. Except NoSkill. Quit being rich, you're making me jealous. |

Poetry? Sure, why not. An Ode to Insomniacs -by Stellar......no pants It's 2am and I still can't sleep had a thousand thoughts all incomplete the empy silence deafening my sanity my life threataning the ones I love are in the ground the ones I hate are still around the pictures on the wall a mockery of what should have been and now should be through the glaring screen I search to find a little forum to perch to give my mind a chance to rest find a thread and let my mind digest read a joke a rhyme or ruse my aching mind try to amuse to find some thing one thing at last to make another minute past the clock on the wall keeps reminding the clock on the wall keeps winding first one now two soon three another day slips from under me untill the sun hits my bloodshot eyes I stand up to no great suprise my body aches from lack of rest and still yet sleep my brain contests so again I sit before the screen and double click on the icon "Steam" I'll grab an AK and hit long hall fall back to pj and kill them all press tab and do a victory dance quothe the raven......no pants Pffffft! Can't even keep a poem serious. And yet I'm not laughing. I could get some meds I suppose. But most them downers are worse then the disease. Yo Knightrider, you sound like you're turning 40 or something. Things change. Friends change. Bodies decay. It's all a part of life. So suck it up right? No. Deal with it as it comes and goes and remember, we're only given a single day at a time. Don't try and deal with weeks and months. Do what you gotta do to make it through today. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Lot's of times you'll jump the fence into a cow pasture. Gotta walk through some shit to get through to the things worth getting to. "He that is within you is greater than he that is in the world." |

Deep thoughts? Nah. Just lessons learned by a 26 year old who made it a point in life to do everything the hard way and choosed every avenue except the right one when it came to dealing with problems. Vote me for FT? Lol. Look at my join date. Been in FT for a little over two years. And this is my 2nd post. I'm an active reader, not much of a poster though. My gawsh has it can been two years already. Mick Jagger is full of poo cause time is not on my side. Man, can't even remember the last time I played in Fish Tank. I just built a new compy and been letting my brother use my Steam account on his computer. I'll have to jump back in and see who's still here. Wolf and Trueagle still around? |
