$60,000 in student loans...reasonable? Well, it depends on a few things... Undergraduate or graduate program? How long was the program? 2, 4, 6 years? Ivy league? What's your major - are you attending a school that is nationally ranked in that discipline? Does the school have career placement programs - do they guarantee they can get you employment? ...and most importantly, do you enjoy it? |

Yeah man fuck that shit. I'm going to a community college for two years which will cost around 6,000 altogether, then I'm transfering once my 2 years is up to either North Carolina or Florida, which will cost about 5,000 a year (I have family in both states that I could use their names for) so total I will be paying about 20,000 or 25,000 in college loans while you pay 60,000 for two years. Even if it is an auto program that is way too expensive. I suggest you go with your secondary skills in doing something. If your school had a vocational tech for auto and mechanics you should have went to that because that counts as an education towards that field, it's free, and most people will hire you with that on your degree especially if you did well. Plus it's about 3 years learning experience (If it's like our school, kids start about 9th-10th grade in that shit). If not, then have fun paying 60 grand a year for a two year college. Rip off. |

lol im currently takin out student loans for about 30 k and was thinkin THATs to much.... i think u get the point, i mean u gotta do what u have to so if u need the money then u jus have to stick it through. gl with the payment plan though..... |
