Layla - Eric Clapton It's funny what some people consider race music. Great song (one of my favs actually), but it doesn't exactly make me feel like forcing my foot to the floor and leaving it there. Some songs that do that to me though are: Megadeath - Trust (my subs shake my entire car when this comes on) Rage Against the Machine - Tom Jones Linkin Park - Bleed it Out Van Halen - Panama Hell Yeah - You Wouldn't Know (kickass band) Godsmack - The Enemy Foo Fighters - The Pretender (new song is sick) There's probably some more that I'm missing, but it's late. |

It's funny what some people consider race music. Great song (one of my favs actually), but it doesn't exactly make me feel like forcing my foot to the floor and leaving it there. Some songs that do that to me though are:Yeah, I am with you on that one; Kevin put down "strutter" by Kiss as one of his racing songs. I like kiss, and I like that song as well, but to race to? Nah.. I know a lot more high paced songs than that. I have seen good songs listed there, but can you actually race to a slower paced song like "Strutter"? And Glitch: I don't know if you have played a game called Total Annihilation before, but basically it's a game that was made in 1997. Best RTS of it's time, and I still think it was one of the best ever made... Supreme Commander is basically the new version of it, and it runs your computer clean of resources, but to my point -- Total Annihilation had high paced classical music during the battle sequences. I more than just appreciated this music; I loved it. I stick that music on my mp3 CDs for my car... I listen to Rush Dream Theater, TA music, C&C music, prodigy etc, but the most fun is rolling down my windows and blasting the fucking classical music. My speakers were upgraded (all my brothers doings) and he also stuck in a subwoofer with (to my knowledge) a 10 or 12 inch throw. Pretty fun shit if I may say so myself

You may have a box, my trunk IS the box. Put rubber-like foam around the inside to amp up the bass sound. 1000watt amp hooked up to them. and 2 6x9 infiniti's for the rear dash, as well as two 5x7's for the two front doors. Anywayz, everyone here has awsome taste. I CANNOT BELIEVE i forgot Prodigy. I have the album with the crab on the front. Breathe and Firestarter are DEFINITE race tunes. Time to start downloading OH an "Open your Eyes" by Guano Apes. And i still think Paul Oakenfold's "Ready Steady Go!" takes the cake with race music lol. That song reminds me of the time i was getting on a highway, going around the circle on the ramp, 2:00am, perfect timing, i come off the ramp at READY STEADY GO! And i floor it.
