This isn't a place where you can come and take a shit and go, this is a community, and while it may not have the proper social interaction as most relationships between people have, it still has the sense of friendship.. Some people here know others 'in real life'... I'm not saying that this is a life or death real life situation but I am saying that everyone here is real.. We are all people and we are all (for the most part) friends... Since we are real, and what we do here is real.. We have our indifferences just as we do with people we socialize with without the forums.. We still have some friendships with people that we would have with irl.. We may not actually hang out and smoke a joint together or whatnot but we still talk like any other person... How is any of the e-relationships you have with anyone NOT real? It is happening, isn't it? Shooting someone in a game is a SIMULATION of reality. Showing your anti-semitism on public forums IS reality. |

I didn't quite follow past page two of Nostie's thread, except add it to the list of dumbest threads ever to appear of fishtankclan.com. But, I've gathered that he has resigned. Sweet. I liked Nostie every now and then. Sometimes he wasn't a prick. But we have no need for mini-Hitlers here. Power-hungry whores just aren't my type. The first day the gungame server existed, Nostie asked, "So, I get FTP access, right?" "Why would you?" I replied. He apparently intended to host maps for us. Throughout the next few weeks, Nostie tried to get admin/RCON in various ways, asking different people, giving different reasons. He even tried to get Kirby to run an ma_client command to add him to the list. Like I said, we have no need for mini-Hitlers here. According to Czech Pride, he's trying to get admin on the new FTZ as well. Okay, so it all seems just foolish and harmless... but so did Hitler. And when Nostie goes and changes his admin level to see the private conversations of other parts of the clan, his power-hungry personality really does show. I don't know where I'm going with this. All I know is Nostie makes my blood boil every time I talk to him. And the level off aggravation has been steadily increasing since I met him. If there's any reason that FT is going downhill, it's because of the power-hungry people like Nostie, and not the people with power like Alex. Should I make a comment now about how I'm too drunk/hungover for that all to have been coherent? That's awesome people like Bleek do, right? |

umm bleek.. every time i talk to jesus he always says "ill ttyl, im going out to a movie" or some shit.. pretty sure he has a life. I believe he was only stating that in FT our forums are like a meeting place for a club. For example im part of a car club called Club 3G. And if i talked shit to a guy ont he forums he is going to talk shit to me at the meet when we are both there. I think he is just trying to say, we should be respectful to each other because written words are just as effective in hurting someone as spoken words |

Im sure even GOOSE tried to give nostie a second chance at one point in time, but he has given us shit over and over again. No one is to blame but nostie, and he knows that. Just like all flame wars, you pick out the posts and threads that you dont appreciate, and you bomb on them, without looking at the other ones. In my eyes, Alex - Alcohol Powered is 75% or more the reason why the site, the servers, and how everything is run well. how dare you say that HE is the one on the power trip? in my eyes he fucking deserves it. yeah, its a democracy, I got that. but to me, I still hold Alex higher then everyone else, becuase HE'S the one that made all this happen, you ungreatful little bastards The biggest thing that EVERYONE has to realize is that, these forums share two major clans, F7 and FTC. we are NOT the same, and we butt heads ALL the time. some pick sides, some pick people they "only want to talk to" then others. we pick out the people we like from a few incidents, and hate others for useless crap. BUT, Nostie is the only member that kept the repetitiveness of bullshit going on for a while. For the passed 8 months or so he has been declining hardcore as a person, and he wants to drag people down with him, slowly, and in a "im sorry" manner. like I said, just like in all flame wars  quit picking sides and hating on certain people. I have YET to even see anyone quote nostie, when all he could said is a few words that had NOTHING to do with Alex's huge post against him. peculiar?Im sorry nostie, im glad my post made you smile, but just like alex, I have written you off buddy. Everyone deserves a second chance, ive given you 8. over and over again Ive said "he can change, he can change", but you havent. Even in your termination thread(I believe) you stated "I know im an asshole, and I jump down people's throats and I made a promise to a F7 member to change, and im TRYING" what have you done to try and change, bud? I havent seen anything. Yeah, you do dumb shit, and then you apologize for it, but its not just about that. its learning FROM your mistakes, not seeing that the same things over and over again and you dont care as long as you apologize. |

But he started begging and begging so i gave him level one just to shut up. He was ok with it for a day, then started begging for higher levels, and eventually rcon. He never stopped. He does this on pretty much every server to go through ft since. its about time hes gone. im sick of his shit. |
