great guide and refresher. I knew all this shit, since i played much Cal back in 1.6 and i scrim a lil in Source. I went through Cal-O, and into Cal-M. Then my clan got banned because one asshole we had, turned on hax and got caught. He was our alternate because our main guy didnt show. Since then i havent gone back to competition. Granted, if you guys bring back FTc i will gladly join. I do miss the old days. | ||

The CPL fix worked wonders for me. Thanks for that. I worked on everything else but the teamwork factor in a pub today. Was kind of hard and frustrating considering the teams were stacked bad (T's 14 CT's 2). But I still managed out a positive score, and found that it was much easier to use the awp now that the mouse didn't accelerate on its own. Yes, we're going to get pwned for a while. Then again, I've never really scrimmed with any FT people, just with some Cal-O clan (Team.DivX if you wanted to know who they were Omega) but those days are over now considering they are now consumed by WoW. I learned my strats and the ways of the scrimming through them, so I may provide useful in a future scrim. Hit me up next time we want our asses to be shit on (venomxl08). I have MIRC and Ventrillo as well as a mic, so I'm all set for that stuff. |
