| Big problem with FT | ||

Now, for the past 3-5 days, there has not been one person on the server. this is me and lion's fault. usually we get on after school and get the server to about 11 people. lately ive been busy with schoolwork and baseball, and idk about him but i havent seen him on zombie. i also think it's a lack of new maps. we are yet again at that stage where theres 3 or 4 maps we oonsistently play, and it gets boring fast. theres a ton of suggestions in the suggestion forums, but no new maps. and as for surf, ive surfed more recently, and i wouldnt say theres complete success. The only surf clan member i consistently see on the server is kirby. The clan members dont even play the server, so i dont think you can call it successful as of now. |

Also note, there's been really nice weather where I am, and its getting nicer across many parts of where people are. Alot of people, like me, go outside and stuff when its nice out. I've been playing alot of basketball and stalking people (its a game ok). | ||

This happens every year around this time. For starters it is exam time. I know I have been slammed with work. In the past three weeks I have had to finish my thesis, defend my thesis, grade around 300 essays, conduct a program evaluation of a community-based organization, present a paper, and adminster/grade about 150 exams. Many other people are in the same boat. Whether in high school or college, this tends to be a busy time of the acedemic year. Also, for the past two summers, connections seem to drop. In the summer people get jobs, go on vacations, spend afternoons ogling a friend's mother while she does yard work (  Alcohol) etc. Some people would simply rather not spend their time indoors playing a video game. It's not really that big of a deal because, as previous years have shown, connections will drop around this time, but they will pick back up around late August/early September. |

I agree as well for surf; it's constantly full or near to it from the time I get home to the time to the time I go to bed. | ||

They were pretty high in August and July last year surprisingly. I myself have my finals to deal with and even though I might not study for some of them which would be the easier classes, I might have a little less time on here to have in that period. Yes, some of it was the other server to blame but it eventually gets old and the people that had the same amount of fun will be back in FTC soon enough. Speaking of ogling neighbors, anyone want to trade their hot neighbors for my ugly ones? I'm kinda uh....Bored here? And lonely! |

I'd say one of the problems is people like Loller Dan coming in FTS and spamming IP's of another server (which he should be banned for). That pisses me off to no extent. | ||

Dan is my friend, and a hot neighbor to boot. if he is gonna get banned, it will only be from not sexing my 10 times a day. As for hot neighbors. I hear hot family is legal in West Virginia Zero. You should look into it. LOLs!! <3 I have to agree with what a few people like Fetus already said. The weather is starting to turn nice and people want to go outside instead of sitting behind their computer. There is a safe balance but for a lot of us that work or for those of you in school with finals, this is a bad time. Zombie did very well but everyone has other things they want to do. I love our server but hate the thought that it will be empty all summer long. It's just depressing to know we put in a shitload of work and it's not panning out. Definitely getting harder and harder to stay committed to keeping an empty server. The reason a lot of new maps aren't put on is because it takes a few hours to put on those maps and then update the specific server files. Then I have to take screenshots to send to Krem so there is a picture of our server for the page. Blah. I could keep going and going but yeah. I'm going to go back to work or at least pretend like it. <3 |
