Take note of the trend. I dunno,,, Wii has teh potential to flop, bigtime! N64 is still the best console system ever. The wand thingy that you shake seems useful for Mario Golf, Mario Tennis,,,, hopefully they come out with Mario Fishing and maybe make something for the older crowd, like Mario Takes it in The Ass From Waluigi! |

What that graph doesn't show is nintendo's competition. When the NES came out, what other consoles were there? that's right, NES was the system. When the SNES came out, Sega was the only competition. All the sudden, when the N64 came out, we now have the Sega Dreamcast (whisch had the advantage of being out first), and Sony Playstation all competing for market space against Nintendo (not to mention computers are beggining to run games better at this point). Finally we have the launch of the Gamecube, which was competing with the Xbox and PS2. For the first time we se an American system in the market. So until you find a graph that shows Nintendo vs all of it's compititors, that decline of sales doesn't mean much. | ||
