Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

TO ME THANKS FOR REMEMBERING, FUCK TARDS. Last night me and some buddies went to Indianapolis. It was good just to get out of Cincy for a bit. Got tanked, blew a ton of money, had a blast. Made out and danced with a cute girl who probably got into this club with a fake ID. She got me rock hard on the dance floor, which surprised the fuck outta me. Didn't seal the deal though. Kinda pissed about it lol. I haven't checked in here much the last little while because the site was horridly slow. Hope everyone is good. I'm looking forward to landscaping starting up full time so I can make good money while I work at finding a job. I swear, I'm hitting a goddamn wall, but I'm gonna keep hitting it until I bust through or scramble my brain with concussions. The problem with being a near college dropout is that everyone has a fucking opinion about what you should do with your life. Get this degree, take these classes, work in this industry, blah blah blah. I know my plan and I have no intention of deviating from it. Get job, get apartment, get back to school, write write write. People project themselves into my position too much. I'm not interested in a family or a house or such and such. The American Dream is a dead ideology in the traditional sense. I'd be perfectly happy with about any full time job as long as it supported my dedication to writing. Eventually, I'd like to get a job writing about baseball or sustain my dreams with a fiction career, but I'm not miffed if I'm not a millionaire author in 10 years. I'm quitting my job at my uncle's drive thru convenience store, which will allow me to move to my mom's house (about 30 miles north of here). I can't stand living with my stepmom, so it will be a therapeutic experience. I need to figure out how to design a website or a blog or something. I've done some of the basic work for getting my baseball site going (twitter account, such and such). More than anything I've just been trying to write and practice. It is about the only legitimate mental stimulation I get anymore, reading aside. I'm really looking forward to warm weather and baseball games and hopefully an opportunity to get up to Pittsburgh to get to a game with Knightrider or something. I'm still hoping to eventually move out of Cincinnati, but I don't really know the process for it. I've looked for jobs in other cities, but what's the process of getting a job there without having a place to live? Looks like I'll be mired here a little while longer, which will be more bearable when I have my own place. I am not anxious at all about moving away from my family. Wouldn't bother me a bit. My friends are special people, though, and irreplaceable. That will be the hardest part for me. I didn't really expect to spend this much time or go into this much detail, but it did help re-energize my drive. I got a message today from Baghdad Bob, with a video attached. He's got a few more weeks of service and then he's free. I'll post the video after I watch it. Does it sadden any of you that CS:GO only lasted such a brief period for us? Getting back in the tank and seeing all of you again was great, but GO didn't have the same loving community feeling that it did in CS:S. I hate counterstrike. I think it's a terribly boring and mundane adventure. Playing with you all is what was special about it. I'd like to eventually get into some game with all of you that is communal. WoW would have been great with all of you, but I couldn't see myself re-upping that affair. Too draining. But, the draw to play is still there for me. That game was always such a fun challenge, and boredom never set in until it came to end game content. I didn't have the same thrill when I wasn't leveling a char. Anyway, this ramble has gone on too long. I'm heading to a friends now to watch the Walking Dead. With love, your boy forever and always, Dito |

Check out Path of Exile. I'm about to get into it, but from what I'm hearing it's everything Diablo III should have been. | ||

Happy belated bro! (I think i wished you a happy bday on facebook i cant remember.) Anywho... i wanna move out and get my own place (condo prolly) within the next year/year and a half and you are more than welcome to come to NY and crash here =) And i can relate to your predicament with people and their opinions. Im on the tail end of that now but it eventually goes away. Just keep sticking to what is you and you'll be ok. CS:GO didnt work because the game was only fun for a lil while...and this crowd is much older these days with lives, families, full time college....i didnt wanna believe it for a while but this is the reality of it. I doubt it will ever be what it once was. WoW is no good...but im holding out for Elder Scrolls Online. It'll be the next MMORPG i play and if Destiny comes to the PC then i'll most definitely be playing that as well. DOn't forget to hit me up on facebook if ya need to chat. I saw that you messaged me on Steam chat a couple of days ago but im always logged in on my tablet (i keep forgetting that) so it says im logged on even though im away. You can always reach me on FB. b4ndito wrote ... TO ME THANKS FOR REMEMBERING, FUCK TARDS. I promise that I rubbed one out just for you on whatever day that your birthday occurred! The conventional wisdom is this: Hang in there, mang. Work hard and all of that shit will fall in place sooner or later. You may have to compromise some of your beliefs -- whore yourself a bit -- before all of your dreams come true... ...and then you'll get fired from your dream job, you'll be in jeopardy of defaulting on your mortgage, find out you were adopted, etc etc ad nauseum. That's what makes it fun!11!!!11 Not that any of those things happened to me (or anyone else that I know), but yeah, it's kind of a mixed bag. b4ndito wrote ... I can't say that I like baseball much but I would derive much pleasure from helping you figure out a sane way of publishing shit. Full disclosure: In no way am I an expert on this particular topic. Design stuff doesn't interest me much, but getting the best deal on non-free-blog-bullshit hosting and, more importantly, figuring out how to generate ad revenue does put a little tingle in my dingle. Let me know if I can help. b4ndito wrote ... Does it sadden any of you that CS:GO only lasted such a brief period for us? The word on the street is that CS:GO is a slow burn, at least in the competitive sense... er, that's what someone said on reddit. Too lazy to look it up but I do believe that competitive leagues are getting some mileage out of CS:GO. Not that this concerns us. As far as our community is concerned, CS:GO was a fun diversion (read as: abject failure). I regret not nurturing the CS:S revival that we were experiencing a few months before CS:GO launched. Ironically, I believe that the primary reason that we had anyone interested in CS:GO was a result of our interest in killing that CS:S revival and electro-shocking the dead corpse into a CS:GO-loving beast. Sadly, that beast only lived a few weeks and we don't need to rehash all of the bad news there--hindsight and all that bullshit... ...but fuck all that noise! Happy Birthday, bro! |

If you still had a Facebook, I'd have known it was your birthday. Twitter is OK when I remember it's there. Also, baseball pls. I'll buy you Yuengling and we can have a good ol' time. Please, if you're going to try and get hired to be a sports writer, see if you can seal the deal for Grantland. Bill Simmons would be your boss, and it wouldn't be wrong to have an incredible bias towards your home town team. You would be happy because everything, no matter how depressing, would always be about your Red Legs, your Bearcats, your Bungles, and your lack of hockey team. You could even put in subliminal advertising and write HOMER BAILEY throughout your articles. Everyone would love it. Anyways, please, make the drive to Pittsburgh for a game in a couple months. I'll even buy your ticket for you since you're doing the driving. We can drink a brew or two during the game, but the real fun is drinking before at all of Pittsburgh's grills, and of course you have to hit up Primantis. You can't even hate that part of Pittsburgh, no one does. Yes, CS:GO was a miserable, depressing failure, but at least I know that it wasn't because Alex didn't do anything right. Working with him on all of that for the month that I had was fun and full of Nostie will never get admin jokes. Any other community that I had previously been apart of has tried to start a CS:GO following and it has failed. They even had the members! CS:GO was just pure shit, that's all. It was playable, but mediocre. |
