Didn't see this thread because for some reason its below mine and mine came after this? BUT my old roommate instilled in me this trick that hasn't failed me yet. You drink AS much as you want when your out, the only thing is, when you get home, you immediately have to drink as much water as you did alcohol for the night. Like I've gone out and had legit 7 - 8 drinks, gone home, finished half a liter - a liter of water, and felt nothing the next morning. The next Day you will feel no nausea no headache, but a lil wierd |

MV has it down for the beginner stage. I started out doing that. Drank a shit ton and when i got home drank a liter of water and i was good to go the next day. For an even better result, grab a gatorade before you go out and leave it in your fridge. When you get home, scoff that down and you'll feel like a million bucks the next day. Hangovers only occur because alcohol displaces water in your body which gives you that headache and stomachache (mainly the headache). However, do this long enough, and drink long enough...you wont even need water. Maybe a glass at the most. I can go out for 5 hours, drink 8 beers, 7 shots, drink half a glass of water and wake up 6 hours later and feel superb. Sometimes no water (i forget when i get home). Takes practice. |

Vitamin B is good. It helps retain water in your body. Take that with a glass of water before bed, probably won't be hung over. Edit: Also had a follow up, spur of the moment date on Tuesday with same girl. Edited Thu Jan 17 2013, 11:49PM |
