So I put this into Philosophy, because I want to know what you guy's know about a particular situation, what I should do, and how you would handle a situation like this, LIKE THIS, even if you knew you shouldnt even be in it. Alright, so first off, my case. I have this Freshmen(I'm a junior) in highschool that has a cocky fucking attitude, and thinks he's hot shit. So he constantly trys to poke at me and jab at me, trying to set me off, so he can supposedly "Fight" me. He constantly does really fucked up shit to try and set me off, and he almost gets me to, but I know I shouldn't lose my cool, but one of these days I wont be able to hold back. Reasons for not beating the absolute snot out of him: 1) I want to be the better(much bigger - physically also) person. 2) I'm on the tennis team, and we have 4 matches left and I dont want to be suspended for most of them. 3) I want to get into the National Honor Society next year for my senior year, and they would look down upon this. 4) I could get suspended/expelled. 5) Legal issues in case I break his nose or arm like I intend to do. 6) I'm VERY close with his entire family, even if they are all cocky assholes. So, I know I shouldn't fuck this kid up, but he needs to learn a lesson, and shut his mouth, and leave my fucking girlfriend alone. Oh! also, he keeps hitting on my woman and saying fucked up shit to her, like "wanna do it?" or "wow looks like someone really Caked on the make-up today fatty!". good side note. But seriously, faced with all those challenges, should I just knock him out one day, and let myself go in public, or should I call him out of the environment so if I do mess him up, I wont have to deal with the repercussions. ALSO!: if you were in a situation where you knew you shouldn't get into it, would you still go through with it just to keep your honor, and pride? |

in that point, I'd probably get my friend, or a guy friend of your girlfriend to fuck him up. so your hands are clean. Also, have it happen in school so the kids get embarrassed, and then your friend could claim protecting a girl from unwanted sexual harassment. I don't think you can get expelled the first time you fight, Ive fought once this year, and they just gave me a 3 day suspension. | ||

u cant get expelled the only way u can get expelled if u have a weapon or some shit...but no man dont fight in school..wait till summer....or tell a friend to do it | ||

Where i come from the honor comes in beating the shit out of the kid. I however prefer not to fight people unless absolutely necessary(as in self defense). However if/when it is required to defend yourself... Fuck him up. Go for ribs collar bones and jaw... that usually puts them out pretty quickly and it generally shows that you dont fuck around. Worked for me.. i kept cool until one day i freaked on a kid and after that nobody really bothered me that much anymore.. they would still talk shit but they wouldnt try to push me around anymore. |

Exactly what I was looking for. I WOULD HAVE TO FIGHT because it's my fight. You fight your own battles, and to me making my friend find would be as bad as having my girlfriend fight. I can't get expelled, but there will be consequences if I snap in school. Even After school would be better then summer. I too do not choose to fight, and have rarely gotten into a fight, but this kid is ITCHING for me to fight him, and wants me to fight him. It's all he talks about, always calling me a little bitch, so I want to set him straight. I'm a big kid, at a 180 pounds and 6'2", I dont go down easy. Farmer boy my size, shit, I dont see this kid landing one punch. I just dont know if it would be the right thing to do. If I were to do it, it would be random, me snapping, and beating the shit out of him from something he said. I would fight, no one else. |

Sounds like my friend's younger brother. This kid wouldn't happen to be a redneck would he? since he's acting like a punk, just get everyone you know to start shit with him, if your friends are like mine, he'll be feeling like he pissed off the wrong person in no time. If you kick his ass, he'll probably just keep coming back for more and force you into a fight at school or something (I'd personally one-punch or choke out the kid since I'm not worried about being suspended, but that's your call). |
