Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

What do you think about these dialogues that happened between couple of people 1)A monk saw a turtle in the garden of Daizu's monastery and asked the teacher: 'All beings cover their bones with flesh and skin. Why does this being cover its flesh and skin with bones?' Master Daizui took off one of his sandals and covered the turtle with it. 2)One day as Manjusri stood outside the gate, the Buddha called to him: 'Manjusri, Manjusri, why do you not enter?' Manjusri replied: 'I do not see myself as outside. Why enter? 3)Enlightenment is like the moon reflected in water. The moon does not get wet, nor is the water broken. Although its light is wide and great, the moon is reflected even in a puddle an inch wide. The whole moon and the entire sky are reflected in dewdrops on the grass, or even in one drop of water. Enlightenment does not divide you, just as the moon does not break the water. You cannot hinder enlightenment, just as a drop of water does not hinder the moon in the sky. The depth of the drop is the height of the moon. Each reflection, however long or short its duration, manifests the vastness of the dewdrop, and realizes the limitlessness of the moonlight in the sky. So tell me what you guys think about these short paradox |

I think your thinking is very cool and you have a very open mind, however seeking people to talk to in this forum is the wrong place. All they care about is Kiki's pink bow and the math equation used to figure out how fast Baddito must have run to get across the border unnoticed. Keep looking up Buddhist teachings, not necessarily Paradoxes, I'm sure you will find a lot of great stuff. |

Not true, we already know the equation. Speed = Distance / Time Technically speaking, he can most likely walk across the border, since at their closest point, the US an Mexico are 0 miles apart. Unfortunately, frequency of US Border Patrols is not a publicly advertised number. If it were we could also use that information to plug into Time. Let's assume it's 15 minutes between a shift change or something. Now, some cities such as El Paso and San Diego are literally on the border, but these are well known entry points and are heavily monitored. Let's take a lesser known or guarded entry point, such as Brownsville, TX. The Mexican border is approximately 5 miles from the center of Brownsville. So theoretically, w/ total time of crossing at 15 minutes (T) (or .25 hours) and a distance of travel at 5 miles (D). Bandildo's speed (S) would have to be 20mph sustained for 15 minutes , where S = D/T or 20mph = 5mi/.25hrs The fastest speed of a human running was set by Maurice Greene, who achieved a sprint speed of 26.7 mph. So theoretically... he could do it... |
