Or this one for a Technical Architect EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Four-year college diploma or university degree, preferably a technical degree - A graduate degree in a technical field is preferred - A minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience - Candidates must show evidence of an inclination towards continuous learning Responsibilities The Technical Architect may have a focus area in the department, such as Network/Server Infrastructure, Software Development, or Application Support. The particular responsibilities will vary with the focus, and these are best understood as being an accomplished version of the Sr. Systems Analyst, Sr. Network Administrator, or Sr. Software Engineer role. Those job descriptions should be referenced as needed. Some responsibilities of a Technical Architect will transcend the focus area, and it is those which are described below. Best Practices -Develop best practices and standards which will be followed by the department¿s technologists. -Maintain a strong connection to industry trends through research, networking, and conferences, thus ensuring that Erickson continues to stay abreast of industry progress and emerging technologies. -Build relationships with external parties (peer organizations, consultants, vendors) from whom Erickson can learn. Responsibilities The Systems Analyst ¿ Deployment Team ¿The Systems Analyst¿s role is to plan, design, develop, test, document, train and implement efficient information systems in support of the company¿s core functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. As a member of the Deployment Team, this individual will participate in various application and/or process deployments, visiting the field locations; providing training, assessment, monitoring, and follow up. |

We aren't in Baltimore we are in Ellicott city. Route 40 is called Baltimore national pike when you give a address on it. We are called Level Xero. |

Level Xero - coooooool. Yeah baltimore - Ellicott City etc. I used to live in COlumbia and am now northeast of the city on the water. I will be stopping by one of these days, then will post it for my students to see. A lot of them live out your way. |
