lol true. All in all, we vote on just about everything, and we are a very vocal community. Basically we just want change because if say we even did have a noobie that had 100 server hours but no posts, and we gave him the tag but he never came onto forums, thats his choice, and we could just vote him right back out if he didnt want to post in forums and be "part of the community". thats what we do, and its happened. And this is mostly based around kever because if she gets nommed we dont want bullshit around her saying that JUST because she doesnt have enough posts, she doesnt deserve to get into the clan. because she IS part of the community, and after receiving the tag, she WOULD post more and BE more vocal in important issues and things within FTC mostly(where she would accumulate most of her posts since that is what she would mostly be worried about - also it wouldnt be spam, it would be good thoughts and opinions) Obviously if we felt people didnt meet the "requirements" they would get tossed aside. This is so that people cant really pick out nit pick reasons to someone who is really deserving of it, *cough* idk, done babbling, I TOO agree with Jesus, lower post count, or something. |

We got a shit ton of nonactive members that no one dose anything about myself included. Since the foundering of FT only 2 people has ever been nominated to be kicked out for misconduct and only one passed. The only other person to be kicked out that didn't meet ether misconduct or nonactive put up the nomination on himself. I am saying even if we could find that a good reason we typically don't vote people out. |

yeah but with lowering the post count or whatevre we would do, they wouldnt be as, *In my honest opinion*, completely community material. With all of us so far, we had this system, where we had to get known by the people to get in. But if we had it just on Server hours, to see if we could get more regs that may be shy, maybe once they get into FT they would just randomly post more and be more involved, and if they arent we do like I said. There WOULD be more votes for them to get out, becasue we may be wrong about some people we just voted in and wish to post more. now that I type this out I make our idea sound stupid, but realistically its not. its more of a risk then stupidity |

For the love of all that is holy, stop quoting EVERYTHING. Quote precisely what you need, or just refer to the person's post and its page. They can look, your quote is taking up space and taking away from the positive brevity of your own comments. When we made these requirements I was for more hours and less posts. Posts are cheap, hours cost an hour. As for not counting spam, I think that is too subjective. As for probationary period, I say no. We could however, say that your introduction post is weighted (worth 10 posts). |
