The recent revival seems to be going well. I love it. I've had a blast playing with you all again. But I'm pissed about some things. First and foremost is the slutty looseness in which our clans are represented. I don't know who Vectorman is. Why is he showing up wearing the [FT] and [F7L5] tags? Why is he getting pissy with me and Glas4d and Japa and Knight about it when we call him out? Who is he, really? He's on the forums, but I don't know why; I remember him showing up after several failed revivals and that's the extent of it. I've had the same question with DoctorPhate... I know he is an [FT] member, but I saw him rocking the 925 tag and I don't believe for a second that he was in there. I don't aim to be divisive, and I am sure my memory has failed me more often than not lately, but I would like to think we still have some aims to be exclusive. Did I miss it when we decided that forum activity dictated clan involvement? Is it suddenly alright to put yourself into a grouping to which you don't belong? I think this needs to be identified immediately. If I'm wrong and you can find the threads or claim without doubt that these people are involved, I want to know so I can offer my apologies and ask forgiveness for my forgetfulness. But until that point, I don't want to see people trying to expand their importance or involvement with certain groups. This clan is nothing if we don't maintain our individuality and respect our own borders. |

maybe he forgot? either way i'm going by the roster. if you want to vote to terminate him and then revote him in be my guest. just know you can do the same thing for me considering i resigned a few years ago when i stopped playing also, knightrider resigned after I did. are you going to terminate and revote him in as well? i'm not trying to be an ass here, i just think for the moment we need to be a little more lenient. we may be an older clan but we're pretty much starting over and nit picking over someone who has been around the community for a while yet hasn't technically been voted in isn't what we should be worrying about right now. i agree we need to keep our exclusivity up but in this case i think we can let it slide. that's my two cents Edited Wed Jul 11 2012, 06:45AM |

I don't aim to terminate or revote; I want to know that he was ever in. Being grandfathered into the roster is well above my status, much less his own. I want to see the thread that voted him into the clan. And Ben, your status is not in question; you've been in, and we're happy to have you back. I just want to protect the credibility of the tag. I can think of a thousand regulars that would be happy to show up again and throw the tag on if we allowed it. I just want some proof that the kid was ever in the clan. |

-[link]- he has been on the forums for 3 years and has 462 forum posts, he came around when the forums were dead and im pretty sure even though he wasn't officially voted in, he could have been had we been actively playing. he should be grandfathered in for staying active when so many of us gave up (myself included). also, read my edit Edited Wed Jul 11 2012, 06:53AM |

As far as I'm concerned, this kid is showing up out of no where and thinking he represents the clan without ever having been in it. I'm not trying to make this a big drama case about who left and who's in or who's out. The fact is plain this kid has never been in. |

read my other edit too. i would consult glitch, the master of the constitution, and see what he thinks. i wouldn't mind voting on it, i just don't think its completely necessary. i agree the fact that he wasn't officially voted in is troubling, but you can't fault him for wearing the tags and thinking he's in when he is on the freaking list | ||
